Mother Me is all about making it even easier for you to prepare a meal. Some people love the therapy of peeling, chopping, slicing, dicing. They go into a Zen-like trance, like a gastromeditation. But some people hate it. If you're the sort of person who just wants to throw everything into the pan and not worry about the preperation, then this option is for you. We will make it easy as tearing open packets for instant noodles. Mother Me like Maggi Mee!! But first, THE RULES (if you're going to live under my virtual roof...) - The steps highlighted in red in the instructions are the options that can be prepared by us.
- Mother Me costs vary for different recipes because sometimes a recipe will have many prep steps, and sometimes just one or two. We didn't think it was fair to charge a flat rate when some recipes only call for slicing a tomato.
- Some recipes don't have the option at all because they're ridiculously easy and we don't want to spoil you that much!
- We also recommend that some things are prepped just before cooking so as not to compromise the freshness. For example, peeling and dicing an avocado too early will make it go brown.
- Hopefully you don't weigh every ingredient because you probably have better things to do. But if you are, please don't be upset if you've paid for a 25g lemon but we've zested and juiced it for you, and you end up with 5g of liquid.
